By better understanding their inner landscape, the impact of their behaviours and by acquiring key strategies to attend to their team’s multi-dimensional needs, great leaders bring about higher wellbeing and sustainable engagement within their teams.
Unlike other programs that focus on outward behaviour, this program operates from the inside out, building internal strengths and qualities needed to serve as an effective leader. Together we will identify “real time” challenges to closely link self-awareness and skill development to business critical conversations.
Our Mindful Leadership program can be delivered to groups or on a one-to-one basis.
Great leaders are authentic and have awareness of themselves, others and the world around them. Directing their attention internally, they are able to manage their own mind-state and lead with clarity, creativity and compassion. This is a unique opportunity for decision makers and high potentials to explore their authentic values to unlock their leadership potential. This program is limited to 10 participants and takes place over 8 weeks, including an Offsite day.
Our 1-on-1 program is designed for busy individuals who can not meet the requirements of an ongoing course. Using a set of interventions based on positive psychology, contemplative practices and well-established coaching models, we help individuals to unlock their leadership potential. The program will be designed to fit the individual´s needs and usually takes place over the course of eight to ten sessions.
