I know but one freedom and that is the freedom of the mind.

Profuse29 is a network of teachers, researchers and entrepreneurs. By offering contemporary and science-driven mindfulness instructions, Profuse29 aims to promote the benefits of contemplative practice within modern day, cosmopolitan society.

While we honour religious traditions which transmitted meditation over the centuries, we are excited about the current convergence of mindfulness, science and entrepreneurship. Our courses help busy Londoners to unwind and reconnect to their inner strength. We work with individuals, organisations and businesses.
